Our villa is located on a select development of custom-built properties a short distance inland from the Costa Del Sol and is very easy to get to (see “Location” for details).  There is a good quality road all the way - no 4x4s needed here! Designed to our own specification and recently extended to provide a study and much bigger main bedroom and en-suite (see plan below), our villa comfortably sleeps 4 people.  The new extension provides even more privacy for the pool area so we are not now overlooked. We have a cleaner (who also tends the garden) and a poolman who keeps the pool in tip-top condition.  He visits twice a week, normally Mondays and Thursdays. There is one (excellent) restaurant very close by and two more down at the lake, with plenty more a little further away.  On the other side of the lake, there are two English shops, plus other shops and (English) restaurants.  There is a major supermarket where you turn off the motorway at Velez-Malaga. The local village is completely unspoilt and only a short walk away.  If you’re feeling more energetic, you can walk up into the hills above and visit our local “Torre”!  But be warned, it’s about an hours walk!
